Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped, and Land Taken and Vested in Block V, Tatura Survey District, Taupo County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 29th day of July 1982, published in Gazette, 5 August 1982, No. 90, at page 2571, declaring land to be road, road stopped, and land to be taken and vested in Block V, Tatura Survey District, pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, by omitting paragraph (b) (iii) and substituting the following:

(iii) The area marked “L” on S.O. Plan 51757 as now fitly described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 14A/802, subject to mortgage H. 018726.6 and the registered proprietor is the settlor of the adjoining land under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964 under application H. 247779, South Auckland Land Registry.
