PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration declaring land taken for a State primary school and for teachers’ residences in the Auckland Education District dated the 13th day of July 1973, published in the Gazette of 2 August 1973, No. 72, at page 1457, by deleting from the Schedule the following words from the description of the area of 1 rood 18 perches in the Hokianga County “part Pakanae No. 27 No. 3 Block” and substituting the following words “part Pakanae No. 2Y3 Block”.
