The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Devonport Borough) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The Devonport Borough Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Silverpeaks County) Notice No. 1, 1982.

The Silverpeaks County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
