Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of
Sale Shall be Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands
hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve
for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and
further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the
Rotorua District Council at current market value, the
proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s
Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in
or towards the improvement of other reserves under the
control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other
land for reserves.

PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
-
This notice shall be cited as the Mountainview High
School Board of Governors Notice 1982. -
This notice shall come into force upon the date of its
publication in the New Zealand Gazette. -
The Board of Governors of Mountainview High School
shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Canterbury Education
Board;
(b) One member appointed by the Timaru City Council;
(c) One member appointed by the Strathallan County Council;
(d) Two members elected by the associations of employees
in local industries;
(e) One member representing the employers in local industries
jointly appointed by the Canterbury Employers
Association and the Canterbury Manufacturers Association;
(f) One member appointed by the South Canterbury
Chamber of Commerce;
(g) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending the school controlled by the Board;
(h) One member elected by the teachers of the school controlled
by the Board;
(i) One member elected by the school committees of Bluescliffs,
Claremont, Fairview, Gleniti, Granitlea, Kingsdown,
Marchwiel, Maungati, Otai, Pareora East, Pareora West,
St. Andrews, Salisbury, Seadown, Southburn, Springbrook, Te Maunga, Waimataitai
and Washdyke Primary Schools and Watlington
Intermediate School.
