Declaring Road in Grey County to be Under the Control and Management of the Grey County Council

Pursuant to section 124 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this notice be under the control and management of the Grey County Council.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block VIII, Pirongia Survey District, Waipa County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Waipa County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas marked "A" and "C" on the plan now known as sections 50 and 51, Block VIII, Pirongia Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 622, folio 133 subject to the middle line proclamation defined in H. 049500, and the pipeline easements created by certificates H. 258791.2 and H. 348746 South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area marked "E" on the plan now known as section 12, Block VIII, Pirongia Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1238, folio 76 subject to memorandum of mortgage Nos. S. 510688, S. 529506, H. 147812.2 and H. 199158.3, Statutory Land Charges Nos. S. 591169 and H. 222912, the middle line proclamation defined in H. 049500 and the pipeline easement created by certificate No. H. 258791.2 South Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring Railway Land at Ruatapu to be a Road

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of Railways hereby declares as road and vests in the Westland County Council the land described in the Schedule hereto.
