PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Mangonui County Council;
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped;
(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1), and to be incorporated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1549, folio 98, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. A596079.
