Land Acquired, Together with Certain Rights, for Water Supply Purposes in the City of Papakura

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, together with, as to the land firstly, secondly, and thirdly described in the Schedule, the water pipeline easement created by Proclamations 10769 and A.451240, and together with, as to the land fourthly described in the Schedule, the right of way easement created by Proclamation 11199, for water supply purposes, and shall vest in The Papakura City Council on the 21st day of October 1982.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed, Land Taken and Land Resumed in Block XV, Houhora East Survey District, Mangonui County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 26th day of February 1975, published in the Gazette of 6 March 1975, No. 19, at page 436, proclaiming land as road, road closed, land taken and land resumed in Block XV, Houhora East Survey District, Mangonui County, as amended by the notice dated the 20th day of July 1979, published in the Gazette of 2 August 1979, No. 70, at page 2282, by deleting the words "incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P.F. 629 recorded in Register Book No. 24D/72 held by the said Trevor William Blucher and Noeline Ann Blucher, subject to memoranda of mortgage 544104 and A.243574, North Auckland Land Registry", and substituting the words "vested in the said Trevor William Blucher and Noeline Ann Blucher, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 544104 and A.243574, North Auckland Land Registry".

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped in Block III, Mangawhai Survey District, Otamatea County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of March 1982, published in the Gazette of 18 March 1982, No. 32, at page 843, declaring land to be road and road stopped in Block III, Mangawhai Survey District, Otamatea County, pursuant to sections 114, 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting paragraph (b) of the notice, and substituting the following:

"(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped."
