Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in
the County of Pohangina

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of
Works and Development—

(1) Pursuant to section 20, declares, that agreements to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road
and shall vest in The Pohangina County Council on
the 21st day of October 1982.

(2) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions
of road described in the Second and Third Schedules
hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas described in the Second Schedule
shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of
title, Volume 77, folio 132.

(ii) The areas described in the Third Schedule shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of
title No. 20B/1235.

(3) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule
hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and shall
be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title,
Volume 77, folio 132.

Land and Interests in Land Acquired for Road, Land Declared
to be Road, and Road Stopped in Block XIV, Aputi Survey
District, and Block II, Pohangina Survey District, Pohangina
County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of
Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to
that effect having been entered into:

(i) The land described in the First Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The
Pohangina County Council on the 21st day of
October 1982;

(ii) The interest held by Edwin Stanley Payton and
Geoffrey John Payton, both of Apiti, farmers, under
deferred payment licence D.P.F. 972 recorded in
Register Book, Volume 20C, folio 1096, in the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto; and the
interest held by James Bruce Haswell, of Feilding,
farmers, under renewable lease No. 582/155 recorded
in Register Book, Volume C3, folio 13, in the land
described in the Third Schedule hereto—
are hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and
shall vest in The Pohangina County Council on the
21st day of October 1982.

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in
the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be road and
vested in the said Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions
of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to
be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The areas marked II on S.O. Plan 30685, and
F on S.O. Plan 30686 shall be amalgamated with
the land in certificate of title, Volume 882, folio 55:

(ii) The areas marked N on S.O. Plan 30685, I,
K, and J on S.O. Plan 30687 shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title No. 21D/93:

(iii) The areas marked L on S.O. Plan 30684 and
E on S.O. Plan 30687 shall be amalgamated with
the land in certificate of title No. 19D/381:

(iv) The areas marked BB on S.O. Plan 30683, U
and Y on S.O. Plan 30683, and Q on S.O. Plan 30684
shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. 582/155
recorded in Register Book, Volume C3, folio 13.
