as a member of the Dairy Products Prices Authority for the residue of the term of office of K. C. Durrant, retired, which expires on 30 November 1983.

Land Held for Maori Housing Purposes Set Apart Together with and Subject to Certain Rights and Encumbrances for State Housing Purposes in the City of Nelson

PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart together with and/or subject to the rights and encumbrances described in the Second Schedule hereto, for State housing purposes from and after the 11th day of February 1982.

ALL that piece of land containing 652 square metres, situated in the City of Nelson, being Lot 9, D.P. 9332. All certificate of title, Volume 5C, folio 1190.

SECOND SCHEDULE

1. Together with the drainage and incidental rights created by transfers 6044 and 6051, as affected by transfer 105492.
