HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby partially revokes the Order in Council dated the 3rd day of August 1949 and published in the Gazette on the 4th day of August 1949, No. 45, page 1625, by deleting from it the words “District Engineer, Ministry of Works, Wanganui” and hereby appoints Amos Norman Glass of Wanganui, District Water and Soil Officer, Ministry of Works and Development, to be a non-elective member of the Manawatu Catchment Board for a term of 3 years beginning on the 12th day of March 1982.
