(Otahuhu Substation) in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development declares the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for the
development of water power (Otahuhu Substation), from
and after the 11th day of February 1982.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6120 square metres, situated
in the City of Manukau, being part Tamaki River Bed
(Reclaimed); as shown on S.O. Plan 55626, lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested
in the Raglan County Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion
of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be
stopped, and to be vested in Rand Farms Limited,
a duly incorporated company having its registered
office at Tauranga.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Blocks I and II,
Waipori Survey District, Tuapeka County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Tuapeka County Council and
hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road firstly,
thirdly, fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, eighthly described
in the said Second Schedule when so closed shall be dealt
with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948, and that the
road secondly described in the said Second Schedule when
closed shall be added to the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto.
