Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 23rd day of September 1980 and published in Gazette, 2 October 1980, No. 113 at page 2909; declaring land taken for road and for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District, Masterton County, by omitting the following words:

"Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District, Masterton County."

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 2nd day of October 1980.
