PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road purposes, and shall vest in the Bay of Islands County Council on the 30th day of September 1982.
