PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road purposes, and the land described in both Schedules shall vest in The Bay of Islands County Council on the 30th day of September 1982.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935, in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of April 1979 and published in the Gazette 17 May 1979, No. 42 at page 1534; declaring land held for State housing purposes set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935, in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District Hutt District, by omitting from the third and fourth lines the words “subject to a stormwater easement”.
