Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 18 August 1982 and pursuant to section 153 of the
Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State
Highway No. 26, Eureka to Morrinsville section for a width
of 13 metres on the southern side across the whole frontage
of Lot 1, D.P. S. 30937 (C.T. 28A/273) as more particularly
shown on sheets 1 of Plan 22/94/4/1 and accompanying
Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry
of Works and Development, Hamilton and there available
for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
