Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Kaikohe Borough Council on the 15th day of December 1980:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kaikohe Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.

Classification of Reserve

I, Paul Leslie Bluett, Acting Controller Marine Administration, pursuant to section 8A of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby approve the Matamata County Council (Lake Waters Control Bylaw 1968), Amendment No. 1, made by the Matamata County Council on 22 June and confirmed on 20 July 1982.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 18 August 1982 and pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 1, Whangarei to Oakleigh section for a width of 13 metres on the eastern side across the whole frontage of part Section 19, Block XVI, Purua S.O. as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of plan L.A. 11/14/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
