Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Block X, Opotiki Survey District, Opotiki County

PURSUANT to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the part of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped, and declares that the stopped road (now known as Section 8, Block X, Opotiki Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 3D/14 subject to the interest saving and excepting all minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1924 on or under the land and reserved always to Her Majesty The Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said minerals right of ingress egress and regress over the land formerly contained in certificate of title 124/47, and the right of way created by transfer 104183.
