Revoking and Declaring Application of Engineering Associates Act 1961 to an Association

PURSUANT to the Engineering Associates Act 1961, the Minister of Works and Development hereby—

(a) Revokes the notice dated the 5th day of December 1975 and published in the Gazette, 15 January 1976, No 2, at page 76, declaring the said Act to apply to the Automatic Control and Instrumentation Society (Incorporated); and

(b) Declares that the said Act shall apply to The Institute of Measurement and Control New Zealand Incorporated.
