Land Declared to be Government Road and Stopped and Declared Crown Land in Block VIII, Heringa Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 124, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be a Government road.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 42, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 2 acres, 2 roods and 16 perches (1.0522 hectares), situated in Block VIII, Heringa Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Section 25; as shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 4849, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim.

Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Block XIII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County and Road Stopped and Vested in Block XIII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares as follows:

(a) That pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and;

(b) That pursuant to section 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the said land has become road, limited access road and State highway and;

(c) That pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby stopped and shall vest in Peter Russell Inkster of Blenheim, airline pilot, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 87694.4 and 96844.2 both Marlborough Land Registry.

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to building line restriction K 33356 for a gas department depot, workshop and showroom, and shall vest in The Levin Borough Council on the 26th day of August 1982.
