Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Acquired for Road and Road Purposes in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 2nd day of June 1982, published in the Gazette of 10 June 1982, No. 60, page 1805, declaring land acquired for road and road purposes in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the first 4 lines and substituting the words “Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road purposes and the land described in both Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the 26th day of August 1982.”
