Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for recreation purposes, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT—MARLBOROUGH COUNTY

6.7076 hectares, more or less, Section 38 and part Section 39 (formerly part Section G, Kahutara Maori Block), Block IX, Mount Fyffe Survey District. Scenic Reserve by balance New Zealand Gazette 1936, page 1805. Balance certificate of title 38/180. S.O. Plans 4261 and 4765.

3.1818 hectares, more or less, Section 47, Block IX, Mount Fyffe Survey District. Reserve for scenic purposes by all Gazette notice 51204. S.O. Plan 3912.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks III and VII, Newcastle Survey District

PURSUANT to section 323 Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Raglan County Council, pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
