Cancellation of the Vesting in the Alexandra Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Alexandra Borough Council and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for tree planting purposes, described in the Schedule hereto.
