Revocation of the Appointment of the Waitomo District Council to Control and Manage Scenic Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby revokes the appointment of the Waitomo District Council to control and manage the reserves for scenic purposes, described in the Schedule hereto.

Appointment of the Whakatane District Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks IV, V and XII, Mount Hyde Survey District, Silverpeaks County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Silverpeaks County Council pursuant to the said section 323, and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Vesting a Reserve in Hokianga County Council
