Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 17th day of December 1981, presented to the said Court by Northrop Instruments & Systems Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, instruments and systems suppliers; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 17th day of February 1982, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be forwarded by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

Notice is hereby given that the Order of the High Court of New Zealand dated the 1st day of December 1981, confirming the setting free for distribution of the sum of four million dollars ($4,000,000) (such sum being in addition to the sums of fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) and twenty-two million dollars ($22,000,000), set free for distribution pursuant to Orders of this Honourable Court made on the 28th day of June 1976 and 1st day of February 1979, respectively), being part of the moneys standing to the credit of the share premium account in the books of the company as at the 31st day of March 1981, and the distribution of such amount from the share premium account and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the said company and with respect to the share premium account as altered the several particulars required by the above-
