NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
PURSUANT TO SECTION 335A COMPANIES ACT
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of BARNETT ROBERTSON INVESTMENTS LTD.:
BARNETT ROBERTSON INVESTMENTS LTD. hereby gives notice that it proposes to apply for a declaration of dissolution of the Company and unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies, Commercial Affairs Registry, Private Bag, Hamilton, within 30 days of the last publication of this notice, the Registrar shall dissolve the company.

Keir Cleaning (South Auckland) Ltd. at Auckland hereby gives notice pursuant to section 335A, that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of dissolution on the grounds that it has ceased to operate and has discharged all its debts and liabilities. Unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the company. The company’s business will now be conducted by its holding company, Keir Cleaning Ltd.
