KITCHENER SECURITIES LTD. gives notice that on the 22nd day of December 1981 it appointed Peter Reginald Howell and Peter Denis Lane receivers and managers of all the undertaking and assets present and future of East West Transport Ltd. pursuant to powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 28th day of November 1975 a copy whereof was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 9th day of December 1975.

The office of the receivers and managers is situated at Twelfth Floor, C.M.L. Centre, 157-165 Queen Street, Auckland 1.
