subject to a drainage easement over the part indicated by a
blue line on D.P. 2822 appurtenant to the land in certificate
of title, Volume 44, folio 250, created by conveyance 17796,
and also subject to a building line restriction in memorandum
of acceptance 34201, for soil conservation and river control
purposes and shall vest in the Marlborough Catchment Board,
from and after the 14th day of January 1982.

Construction Limited of Wellington, under and by virtue of
Memorandum of Lease No. A025841, is hereby taken for the
purposes of parking and public recreation facilities and shall
vest in the Wellington City Council from and after the 14th
day of January 1982.
