Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Added to Land Held as Recreation Reserve and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks X and XIV, Mangamuka Survey District, Hokianga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Hokianga County Council, and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaims that the road secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, be added to the land held for a recreation reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto, and, that the road thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Sidney Perkins of Okaihau, retired, and Nellie Perkins, his wife, and Esther Roxana Perkins of Auckland, nurse.
