Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VII, Cape Campbell Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Marlborough County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in James Lawrence Rivers Loe and Kevin Francis Loe, both of Ward, sheep farmers as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to Mortgages 96591.3, 104881.1 and 12500 (Marlborough Land Registry).
