Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the reserve for scenic purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Taha Moana Scenic Reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Manukau City Council on the 27th day of November 1980:

That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Manukau City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XII, Lowry Peaks Survey District, Cheviot County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Cheviot County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
