Classification of Reserves and Declaration That the Reserves be Part of the Rocky Point Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, as reserves for scenic purposes subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further, declares the said reserves to form part of the Rocky Point Scenic Reserve to be administered as a reserve for scenic purposes by the Commissioner of Crown Lands.
