The Public Trustee therefore gives notice pursuant to section 19 (3) of the above-mentioned Act that being satisfied that all liabilities of the said company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully paid or provided for he proposes to release to the company on or after the 14th day of September 1981 the deposit made with him by the company.

Any objections to the release of the deposits should be lodged with the Public Trustee at the Public Trust Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before the 14th day of September 1981.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 2, 1981

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1974*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 2, 1981.

2. It is hereby declared, as requested by the National Roads Board, that the State Highway as set out in the Schedule hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.

3. So much of the notice dated the 13th day of June 1980†, which relates to the classification of the highway described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Approval of Flashing or Revolving Green Light on West Coast Hospital Board Vehicle

PURSUANT to subclause (1) of regulation 88 of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves for the purposes of subclause (8) of regulation 67 of the said regulations the fitting of one flashing or revolving green light on the vehicle, as described in the Schedule hereto, for use by nurses of the Intensive Care Ward, Grey Hospital, while on urgent medical service only.

SCHEDULE

WEST Coast Hospital Board vehicle based at Grey Hospital, Greymouth and subject to the vehicle being fitted out with a defibrillator and other medical equipment for emergency coronary care.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block XVI, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Rodney County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purpose (municipal purposes) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Whangarei City Corporation at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Corporation’s Reserves Account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Corporation, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
