Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XIII, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VIII, Maketu Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Tauranga County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in The New Zealand Insurance Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland.

Declaring Road in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, Waipa County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby—

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 13th day of August 1981.

Road Closed and Vested in Strathallan County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto; and declares that the road firstly and secondly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, and also declares that the road thirdly described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in the Strathallan County Council.
