Declaring Land Taken for Road in the City of Christchurch

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council from and after the 13th day of August 1981.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land held for a State forest described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, from and after the 13th day of August 1981.

ALL that piece of land containing 4437 square metres, situated in Block IV, Waitakere Survey District, being part State forest; as shown on S.O. Plan 12623, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson, and thereon marked "B".

Declaring Road to be a Government Road and Stopped and Set Apart for the Purposes of the Forests Act 1949, in Buller County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road,

and further pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be set apart for the purposes to the Forests Act 1949, from and after the 13th day of August 1981.

Declaring Road in Block XI, Paritutu Survey District, Inglewood County, to be Government Road, to be Stopped, and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road; and

(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 13th day of August 1981.
