Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested, in
Block X, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Raglan County Council
and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so
closed, vest in Robert Candlish Allen of Te Pahu, retired
naval officer.

of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “E”.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land
Taken in Block V, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato
County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Waikato County Council,
hereby proclaims that the road firstly and secondly described
in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall,
when so closed, vest in Gary Cooper Clarke of Gordonton,
farmer and Ngaiire Dawn Clarke, his wife, as tenants in
common in equal shares and also hereby proclaims that the
road thirdly and fourthly described in the said Second
Schedule is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest
in the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company Limited,
a duly incorporated company having its registered office at
Hamilton, and also hereby takes the land described in the
Third Schedule hereto, for the purposes of subsection (6),
of the said section 29, which land shall vest in the Waikato
County Council.

and after the 13th day of August 1981.

ALL that piece of land containing 1.2342 hectares (3 acres
0 rood 8 perches), situated in Block IV, Kawatiri Survey
District, being part Section 53; as shown on plan S.O. 9264,
