Post Office Bonus Bonds—Weekly Prize Draw No. 4, July 1981

PURSUANT to the Post Office Act 1959, notice is hereby given that the result of the weekly prize draw No. 4 for 25 July 1981 is as follows:

One prize of $11,000: 388 864820

Price Order No. 218 (Milk Delivery Margins and Allowances)

I, Desmond James Gasson, being duly authorised by the Secretary of Trade and Industry in this behalf, do hereby make the following price order in accordance with the provisions of section 89 of the Commerce Act 1975, and section 25 (3) of the Milk Act 1967 (as amended by section 6 of the Milk Amendment Act 1980).

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 218, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 199* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  2. This order shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1981.

  3. The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedule,

SCHEDULE

STANDARD RATES OF MARGINS AND ALLOWANCES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE DELIVERY OF TOWN MILK

Nature of Service Margin or Allowance at the Rate of Cents per Litre
1. Delivery in respect of shop-dairy sale in any quantity 6.17
2. Delivery in respect of commercial-user sale or consumer sale in quantities of—
(1) Less than 12 litres per delivery 12.34
(2) 12 litres and over per delivery 6.17
  1. In addition, there shall be payable to every vendor entitled to claim margins or allowances in terms of the Milk Marketing Order 1968, the sum of $17.30 per day for every day on which deliveries are undertaken.

Notice of Intent to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Nelson Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Nelson Licensing Committee on 22 June 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Railway Hotel, Nelson.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

During the period 1 November to 31 March and pertaining to the lounge bar only:

(a) On any Thursday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and on Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

Notice of Intent to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Nelson Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Nelson Licensing Committee on 22 June 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Kohatu Hotel, Nelson.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) For the period 1 November to 31 March—On any Friday (not being New Year’s Eve)—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the King Country Licensing Committee on 16 June 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the Chartered Club known as the Manunui Club (Inc.).

To the intent that on days other than those on which Chartered Clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, John Fraser Robertson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Nelson Licensing Committee on 22 June 1981, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Globe Tavern, Nelson.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) By extending for the period 1 November to 31 March the time that the tavern premises are permitted to be open. On any Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
