Transfer of Woodbank Primary School to Canterbury Education Board
ALTERATION of Boundaries of Education District Notice (No. 1) 1981. Pursuance to section 13 (1) of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Alteration of Boundaries of Education District Notice (No. 1) 1981.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 3rd day of August 1981. -
The Minister of Education, after consideration of the recommendations of the Education District Boundaries Commissioner, and after consultation with the boards concerned directs that all that land described in the Schedule hereto is to be transferred to the Canterbury education district from the Wellington education district, in order that the Woodbank Primary School may come under the control of the Canterbury Education Board.
SCHEDULE
ALL that land being enclosed by a line drawn from the Southern side of the Kekerengu River mouth to Mole Hill and thence to Gibson Spur Trig thence to a point on the coast line in Okiwi Bay and thence following the coast line northwards back to the commencing point at Kekerengu River mouth.

The Pompallier College Board of Governors Notice 1981
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:
NOTICE
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Pompallier College Board of Governors Notice 1981.
(b) This notice shall come into force on 6 July 1981. -
The Board of Governors of Pompallier College shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the education board of the district of Auckland;
(b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
(c) Five members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(d) Four members appointed by the proprietor of the school.

The Rimutaka State Forest Park Traffic Bylaw 1981
PURSUANT to section 72 of the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Forests, being the Minister having control of roads within the bounds of the Rimutaka State Forest Park established under the provisions of the Forests Act 1949, hereby makes the following bylaw.
B Y L A W
-
Title and Commencement—(1) This bylaw may be cited as the Rimutaka State Forest Park Traffic Bylaw 1981.
(2) This bylaw shall come into force on the day 1 month after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
Interpretation—In this bylaw, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Rimutaka State Forest Park” means that area of State forest land in the Wellington Land District designated as a State forest park under section 63B of the Forests Act 1949 and commonly known as Rimutaka State Forest Park.
“Road” means all that piece of road which commences at the Wainuiomata Valley Road seventy metres (70 m) more or less, north of the Catchpool Stream and which extends one decimal eight kilometres (1.8 km) more or less, into the Catchpool Block of the Rimutaka State Forest Park, and which is commonly known as the Catchpool Stream Road.

Speed Limit—No person shall drive a vehicle on the road at a speed exceeding 30 kilometres per hour.

Penalty—Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with this bylaw commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding $200.

Honey Marketing Authority Postponement of Elections—(No. 2644, Ag. 4/54/19)
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Honey Marketing Authority Regulations 1975, I hereby give notice that the 1981 election of producers’ representatives on the Authority shall be deferred by 6 months and that the first Schedule to those regulations shall be read as if references to June and July were replaced by references to January and February respectively.
