Appointment of Maori Wardens Under the Maori Community Development Act 1962

PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 7 of the Maori Community Development Act 1962, as substituted by section 14 of the Maori Purposes Act 1975, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby appoints for a term of 3 years, the persons named in the Schedule hereto, to be appointed as Maori wardens for the area of the Maori Association shown in the second column of the Schedule.

Appointment of a Maori Warden Under the Maori Community Act 1962

Appointment of Supervising Officer

I, Alexander King Ewing, Controller Marine Administration, pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, and in exercise of powers delegated to me pursuant to sections 8 and 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby appoint Stephen Aurthur Cook to be supervising officer for the Ministry of Transport, Nelson District, for the purposes of the Harbours Act 1950.

PURSUANT to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Right Honourable Sir Ronald Keith Davison G.B.E., C.M.G., Chief Justice of New Zealand has this day appointed David John Hill Esquire of 68 Pitt Street, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales to be a Commissioner of the High Court of New Zealand in New South Wales for the purpose of administering and taking oaths, affidavits and affirmations as in the said section mentioned.
