Robert Lindsay Kerr, barrister and solicitor of Christchurch,

to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand, the jurisdiction of the Children and Young Persons Court, the domestic jurisdiction of the District Courts and criminal jurisdiction of the District Courts under Part IIA of the District Courts Act 1947.
