National Roads Board: Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 July 1981 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 22, Pukekohe to Tuakau section for half its width on the southern side, together with additional land vested as road, commencing at the point of junction of the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 80324 (Certificate of Title 37C/210) and extending eastwards across the whole frontage of the said Lot 1 together with that of Lot D.P. 15988 (Certificate of Title 48C/64) as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan L.A. 14/70/4 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland South and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 15 July 1981 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 4, Makirikiri to Pauls Road section, across the frontages of part Waipakura No. 1, D.I. 17/436 and part Waipakura No. 1, O.I.C. 2160, New Zealand Gazette No. 13, 2 March 1950, p. 221, as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of plan L.A. 43/63/2 and accompanying Schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
