Classification of Reserve

Reservation of Land and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Karapiro Lake Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Karapiro Lake Domain.

   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1981.

2. The Committee of Management of Ngata Memorial College shall be constituted as follows:

   (b) One member elected by the teachers of the school;
   (c) Six members elected by the parents of students attending the school;
