Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1981, No. 15.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of the community residing in the locality.

Queen Charlotte College Committee of Management Notice 1981

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Education (Committees of Management) Regulations 1981, the Wellington Education Board hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Queen Charlotte College Committee of Management Notice 1981.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of August 1981.

2. The Committee of Management of Queen Charlotte College shall be constituted as follows:
   (a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board;
   (b) One member appointed by the teachers of the school;
   (c) Five members elected by the parents of students attending the school;
   (d) The following additional members:
   One member elected by the parents of students attending the school;
   One member appointed by the Picton Borough Council;
   One member appointed by the Marlborough County Council;
   One member co-opted by the Committee of Management.

   (c) Eight members elected by the parents of students attending the school.
