PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the

post office purposes from and after the 16th day of July
1981.

ALL that piece of land containing 844 square metres, situated
in Block XI, Christchurch Survey District, being part Lots

sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,

Electric Power Board from and after the 16th day of July
