Land Held, Together With and Subject to Certain Rights, for
the Generation of Electricity Set Apart for State Housing
Purposes in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land
described in the First Schedule hereto subject to the sewage
esement created by transfer 294230 and subject to the fencing
covenant contained in transfer 294321, Hawke’s Bay Land
Registry, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,
and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer
305235.2, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and the land described
in the Third Schedule hereto subject to the fencing covenant
contained in transfer 279893, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and
the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, subject to
the sewage easement created by transfer 258633, Hawke’s Bay
Land Registry, and the land described in the Fifth Schedule
hereto subject to the sewage easement created by transfer
239504 and the fencing covenant contained in transfer 239506,
and the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be set
apart for State housing purposes from and after the 16th day
of July 1981.

ALL that piece of land containing 687 square metres, situated
in the City of Napier, being Lot 85, D.P. 13381.

SECOND SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 730 square metres, situated
in the City of Napier, being Lot 35, D.P. 13692.

THIRD SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 594 square metres, situated
in the City of Napier, being Lot 58, D.P. 13096.

FOURTH SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 25.3 perches (639 square
metres), situated in the City of Napier, being Lot 23, D.P.
12517.

FIFTH SCHEDULE

in the City of Napier, being Lot 72, D.P. 13382.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, Road Closed and
Vested, Land Taken, Land Allocated and Vested, and Land
Resumed, in Blocks VII and VIII, Wharepapa Survey Dis-
trict, Otorohanga District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Otorohanga District Council; and
hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when
so closed, vest, as to the areas of 1070 square metres, 2487
square metres, 1660 square metres and 134 square metres
thercof, in Thomas Griffin Hunter of Arohena, farmer, as to
a one-third share and Moira Jean Hunter of Arohena, married
woman, as to a one-third share and Thomas Michael Hunter
of Te Awamutu, student, as to a one-third share, subject to
memoranda of mortgage 312637 and S. 164144, South Auck-
land Land Registry, as to the areas of 2830 square metres,
598 square metres, and 920 square metres thereof, in Douglas
Anthony Oliver of Arohena, farmer, subject to memoranda of
mortgage S. 117893, S. 606557, H. 014335 and H. 043048.1,
South Auckland Land Registry, and as to the areas of 2004
square metres, 2970 square metres, 1909 square metres,

square metres, 2044 square metres and 2114 square metres
thereof in Noel Raymond Ballinger of New Plymouth, farmer,
subject to memoranda of mortgage S. 609003, S. 609004,
H. 045244.1 and H. 052412, South Auckland Land Registry;
and hereby takes the land described in the Fourth Schedule
hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section
29; and hereby allocates the land described in the Fifth
Schedule hereto to the purposes of subsection (6) of the said
section 29, which land shall, when so allocated, vest in Noel
Raymond Ballinger of New Plymouth, farmer, subject to
memoranda of mortgage S. 609003, S. 609004.1 and
H. 052412, South Auckland Land Registry; and also
resumes the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto for
the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
