PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation, from and after the 16th day of July 1981.

ALL that piece of land containing 507 square metres, situated in the City of Auckland, and being part Lot 8, D.P. 21685; as shown on plan S.O. 55493, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “A”.

Declaring Land Taken for a Transport Station in the Borough of Otahuhu

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a transport station, and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority, from and after the 16th day of July 1981.
