PURSUANT to section 131 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint

Arnold Reay Turner,

District Court Judge, to be a member and chairman of the No. 1 Division of the Planning Tribunal; and

William John Martin Treadwell,

District Court Judge, to be a member and chairman of the No. 2 Division of the Planning Tribunal; each for a further term of 3 years on and from 23 June 1981.

to be a member of the Appeal Board set up in connection with the appeal by Nicholas Everard Ashby Barber, senior engineer, for the Nelson Harbour Board against the appointment of Mr S. Hughes, to the position of chief engineer at Nelson, such appeal being against the decision of the Nelson Harbour Board in making the appointment.
