PURSUANT to section 330a of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 8th day of April 1981, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 41, 15 April 1981, p. 999, by deleting from the body of the said declaration the words “and Thelma Eva Joan Hagenson, his wife.”

Declaring Road and Limited Access Road in Block XV, Cambridge Survey District, Matamata County, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby—
(a) Declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road;

and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 18th day of June 1981.
