PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for post office purposes from and after the 18th day of June 1981.

ALL that piece of land containing 910 square metres, situated in Block VII, Turanganui Survey District, being Section 385, City of Gisborne; as shown on plan S.O. 5429, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne, and thereon edged red.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, Road Closed and Incorporated in a Deferred Payment Licence, Road Closed and Incorporated in an Adjoining Crown Lease and Land Resumed in Block XII, Greenvale Survey District and Block XVII, Wendon Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, which land shall vest in the Southland County Council, hereby resumes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Fourth and Fifth Schedules hereto and declares that the land in the Fourth Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948, and that the road described fifthly and sixthly in the Fifth Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall be incorporated in Pastoral Lease No. P59, recorded in certificate of title, Volume 240, folio 63, held from Her Majesty The Queen by Thomas Edward Bryant of Wendon Valley, farmer (¼ share), Neville Edward Bryant of Wendon Valley, farmer (¼ share), Linda Margaret Bryant of Wendon Valley, married woman (¼ share), the said Thomas Edward Ernest Bryant, Rhoda Mary Bryant, his wife, and Ernest Valpy Bryant of Waipahi, farmer (1/16 share jointly inter se) and the said Neville Edward Bryant, the said Linda Margaret Bryant, and Ronald Graham Pearce of Waikai, farmer (3/16 share jointly inter se) subject to mortgages No. 214793, 031005.1, 280527, 025064.2 and 051895.2 and that the road firstly, secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the Fifth Schedule hereto, when so closed, shall be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. D.P. F. 899 recorded in certificate of title No. 7B/339 held by Robert Bruce Watson and Ian Stuart Watson, both of Greenvale, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to Electricity Agreement No. 220431, mortgage No. 385021, Land Improvement Agreement No. 390846 and mortgages No. 436045, 451877, 503250/2 and 511658/2.
