PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Te Puke Borough Council.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road and the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Limited Access Road in Block XIII, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a limited access road, from and after the 18th day of June 1981.

Declaring Road in Block I, Otanewainuku Survey District, Tauranga, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby—

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road; and further, pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, declares the stopped Government road to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 18th day of June 1981.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Road Closed and Declared Crown Land, and Land Resumed and Vested in Blocks III and VII, Marotiri Survey District, Taupo County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Taupo County Council, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Richard Anthony Shrimpton of Marotiri, farmer, and Karen Patricia Shrimpton, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 241968.2 and H. 241968.3, South Auckland Land Registry, and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948, and also hereby resumes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, which land shall, when so resumed, vest in Richard Anthony Shrimpton of Marotiri, farmer, and Karen Patricia Shrimpton, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 241968.2 and H. 241968.3, South Auckland Land Registry.
