Authorising a Secondary Use of Land in Block V, Ikitara Survey District, Wanganui County and Vesting the Control and Management Thereof in the Wanganui County Council

PURSUANT to section 37 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Authorises the application of the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land held primarily for the purposes of a rifle range, to sanitary works, which shall be a secondary use of the said land; and

(b) Vests the control and management of the said land in the Wanganui County Council.
